The full privacy notice for fieldaudit360.com and the FieldAudit 360 service is in preparation and will be published here. The statements below describe our current practices.
What this website collects today. The marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you submit the demo-request form, we store the firm name, work email, headcount, and message you enter, together with the time of submission, your IP address, and the browser user-agent string your browser sends, solely to schedule and follow up on a demonstration. We do not sell or share this information.
Who else holds a demo request. Besides FieldAudit 360 itself, we disclose the details you submit through the demo-request form to no parties other than a FieldAudit 360 mailbox we control, which receives any notification we send so that a person can answer you, and Resend, which delivers any such notification on our behalf. There is no other recipient for this form. Any notification Resend delivers for us also appears in Resend's own transmission logs; those logs are Resend's, kept under Resend's own published privacy and data-retention terms, and we neither control nor delete them.
Unsuccessful inquiries in the FieldAudit 360 application. Separately from the demo-request form described above, the FieldAudit 360 application records service inquiries. We delete the inquiry records we control in the application from active systems no later than 120 days after an inquiry is closed without a customer engagement or, where an inquiry is left open with no further contact, after the last substantive activity on it. Inaccessible encrypted backup copies of those application records expire within 15 additional days. If an inquiry becomes a customer engagement, the records needed for that engagement follow the applicable customer or required-record schedule instead. A legal hold or other legal duty may require limited, restricted retention beyond the ordinary period.
The FieldAudit 360 Chief of Staff owns this retention schedule and reviews it at least annually. For retention questions, contact support@fieldaudit360.com.
Customers using the FieldAudit 360 application are governed by the terms and privacy commitments in their subscription agreement.
